Every FuseHQ build needs a monthly plan so it stays online, updated, and monitored. Minimum $99 for a simple site, $250 for a workflow site, $500 for AI/automation-heavy systems. This is platform care that keeps your system healthy, not unlimited tech labor.

How payment works
Bigger projects pay across clear milestones so nobody carries all the risk. Larger builds use ACH.

50% deposit / 50% before delivery.
$1,500–$3,500
50% deposit / 50% at staging approval or before launch.
$3,500–$15,000
40% deposit / 30% at backend architecture lock / 30% at staging approval. ACH preferred.
Over $15,000
33% deposit / 33% at functional beta / 34% at final handover. ACH required.
Our commitment
We agree the scope and price up front, then you review and approve the work at each milestone before the next payment. You're never paying ahead of work you've seen and signed off on, and we help integrate it and get you using it before we call it done.
